“It's a decent place. They have a good range of items and it certainly is pretty busy a lot of the time but the staff balances well. They have their work cut out for them it seems. From what I see, it takes a lot of planning and work to accomplish some of the work loads of shifting product, maintaining store appearance, functionality, customer care control, as well as an encyclopedic understanding of procedures and regulations. The guy with the glasses and NY hat is a champ. The black haired girl is pretty nice. Alex, the man, can be a hoot. He's generally good guy but don't let him know that.”

“I been trying to do this survey for months now but always get so busy I forget to do it. I love going to this location not only because is right next to my business but because the staff is amazing here. I always order via mobile app and drink is always ready and made perfect when I get there. Out of the hundreds of times I ordered maybe 1 time I needed to change the drink and chances are it was because of a mistake I did. I order so many times that Leslie knows me by name, is so awesome to go somewhere where someone knows you and acknowledges you by your name(I was never expecting such great treatment). I literally drive pass 3 Starbucks to get to this one, and I have no issue doing so. To who ever own this location Leslie is amazing! She truly goes above and beyond for everyone there, I have been there long enough to observe her with other customers and everyone loves her! Not sure what her position is in this store but don't loose her, as someone who is in customer service business I would had promoted someone like that to manager and let her teach others what customer service should be like. Thank you Leslie for always making each morning I stop by so awesome! To everyone else you all rock also, you guys are a great team there.”

“First time at this location. Very clean and the restroom was clean too. The young lady who took our order was very sweet and listened to exactly what we wanted. The only thing that I didn’t like is that we stood there for 15 mins waiting on 2 drinks. We were the only ones inside that had ordered so I’m not sure what the hold-up was. They gave me my cheese danish right away but because our drinks took so long that by the time I got to eat it, it was cold. ( it was hot when I received it )”
