“Always a fan of a good old fashioned dunkin donuts. Although, on this particular day there was a newly hired member of staff at the register who didn't seem to be properly trained. She made mistakes with charging us and due to her mistake we did not get to take advantage of the establishments happy hour prices seeing as to fix the mistake we went over the time frame that corresponds with the special and since the register did it automatically she could did not honor the prices we had initially seen on the register screen. Overall, dunkin is dunkin! Very popular franchise just keep in mind properly trained and welcoming staff is what makes us customers want to revisit the location. Regardless of if the mistake was made or not.”

“The staff is normally friendly and provides awesome service. I usually come to this place early 5am ish. Today, I was told by the African American employee that they are closed(without any explanation as to why) while he was standing outside laughing with a truck delivery deiver. I am disappointed with this 1 star experience. I still gave 4 stars because the other staff members are awesome!”

“I work nearby and go here daily. Let me tell you about Diamond, Ty, Jade, Nissy, and Keel - this staff has it going on! Big smiles and great service. No attitudes. Just tasty food, clean restaurant and they are always slammed but the line moves fast because these guys hustle! I always tip even though I have to ask them when I use my card. Mgr Vanessa's always on the floor working right next to the staff with a good natured smile but very serious and business minded. Love these guys.”

“It was my first time coming to Orlando Florida and I wanted to try Ice cream places around. I searched on google and Joury Ice Cream & Cafe showed up and the place seemed very pleasing. When you first enter they welcome you with a huge smile and customer service was amazing. Their menu is very creative and different than other locations which doesn't make it basic. Prices were extremely fair and they let you try out any flavor from their huge selection they offer. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to catch up with friends and family or simply wanting to have their day made. “The price posted on the sign was 4 cents lower than what was I had to pay at the pump, and when I started fueling the nozzle would stop fueling as if I had filled my tank even though it was empty and I had only put in $3.00 worth. I had to constantly let go of the pump trigger and pull it again basically starting over for every gallon I put in my car. Never had that problem before.”

“Fast friendly service. One of a couple of gas stations in this area where the awning extends to the convenience store. This means when it is pouring rain as it often happens in Central Florida, you can get gas and go into the store without getting rained on so that's a huge plus. They also have Cinnamon coke which another unique thing that I do not see elsewhere. Also they haven plenty of gas pumps so they can handle rush hour traffic of everyone trying to get gas. Check out the photo of the awning, pretty cool and also it is located in a convenient area.”

“Great prices and really polite staff. I bought anti freeze for a decent price and was offered help putting it in. The place is clean an organized. Floor was mopped and the bathroom smelled freshly clean. So yeah, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and organized items. Plus, there is a cover over the gas pumps and the walk way to the inside area so when there is florida down pour you wont get wet.”

“Food quality is excellent. We stopped in with a 5 top on a Friday night. One bartender downstairs and it started off quiet. Once the bar started to fill out the poor bartender tried her best, yet simply could not keep up. Our drinks took 25-30 min to receive after ordering. Once the drinks were served, the first thing we noticed was that all of our drinks claim to have been served with a “large ice cube”. We received all normal bar ice. This was an immediate disappointment. As the night went on the bartender continued to weather the storm. Running out of glasses, trying to close out tabs, etc. We decided to head upstairs for a cigar. The stairwell to the roof top patio seemed unfinished & rushed construction. A warm bar smell fills the staircase the higher you go. Once upstairs, there was no seating available. Therefore we decided to end our night elsewhere. Great location that just needs a bit more polishing, process, & attention to detail.”
