“Fairly clean store. Everyone is pretty nice. I go here every morning for my coffee and breakfast, and every afternoon for a fountain drink and usually a couple other items totaling over $10. I also get gas twice a week at $40 each time. I will no longer be doing this because they false advertise. Only one day in the past month have they had anything other than Medium sized cups like they're trying to save money on fountain drinks. If you want to lose constant business over not having a cup size, congratulations... you did it. I'll go to Wawa from now on since I pass that also.”

“I’ve always had an amazing experience here. Their VIP hookah is awesome! It’s an all glass hookah with a fruit head. I recommend the ice hose. They play a mixture of music so it’s never dull and I’ve brought friends here for birthdays and my boyfriend for valentines and we’ve always been treated great! Definitely my favorite hookah bar! The call button on each table makes it easy to order more items or request new coals.”

“An excellent choice for a quick-stop convenient store! I would stop by this store every other day because I was a growing fan. I loved their self-serving coffee stations with touch screens to choose the type and way you wanted your coffee to be made. They also have a pretty impressive selection of chilled creamers and milks to choose from if you want to add to your brewed coffee. At the time that I visited the Orlando, FL area, besides the normal "gas up and go," I wasn't used to frequent stops at the local convenient store, but Racetrac quickly grew on me. This location is near the industrialized area of Orlando and shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment are all just minutes away. They do have offers and promos like "2 for" deals and BOGO items, and I admire the fact that they keep the store looking clean, kept together, and well-stocked. The bonus is the excellent customer service that I had got literally every time I stopped in. By doing that, they gained a returning customer.”

Young girl who took our order was drinking an iced coffee while entering our items. I suspect this lack of training or lack of oversight was a primary factor in some of the negative reviews. Coffee was nothing special either. However, the price was fair for what we got and I barely got finished paying before our order was ready so kudos for those two things. Also, nice sidewalk seating area. Finally, the card slip did not have a line for a tip. I appreciate this because I find it hard to tip just because someone entered my order and someone else fulfilled it. I think restaurants are taking advantage of the tip arrangement. How can someone demonstrate their service by entering an order? The next thing will be a place to tip on your ticket when you get groceries! Actually, I think 2.5 stars would be my rating.”

“As per Disney's usual, the food here is top quality. However, in the same vein, it is quite expensive. Yet, on a third hand, it was rather tasty and the toppings bar is complementary. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, especially the specialty burger. The staff are, as always, top notch. Pro tip: try to go an hour or more before the lunch and dinner rush - the lines will be shorter and there will be more seating available.”

“We went here for a high tea reservation... It was wonderful. The staff were all so friendly and the chef even came out and went over options for the party member that had allergies. The tea was fantastic and I even bought a box of the Superfruity Tea. All the sandwiches and desserts we had were delicious as well. It was all made even better by the atmosphere and the live piano and band playing in the background. I would definitely do this again and it was worth the ~$40 for the tea, sandwiches, and dessert.”
