“I had the pleasure of joining bartender Melanie J for dinner at Bluezoo this past Tuesday evening while attending business meetings the next day at the Swan Hotel and Conference Center. The restaurant is in the sister "Dolphin Hotel" which is a quick walk between the two properties. Melanie prepared a couple of wonderful martini's and I was treated to some excellent east and west coast oysters and a superb lobster deviled egg dish that was beyond the pale. Following that pairing I enjoyed a lovely Angels Envy Rye before saying goodnight. Melanie was excellent, personable, and a lot of fun. Please look her up at the bar at Bluezoo the next time your plans take you to the Swan Resort.”

“In town for a tradeshow...from the moment we walked in, I knew this place was good. Arrived around 830pm end up closing it down. Great atmosphere, girls were all amazing and the DJ played great music. Our server was awesome and always ready when we needed a fresh cocktail. Fun night, great place, highly recommend to anyone visiting the Orlando area. Definitely coming back....probably tomorrow for dinner and drinks.”

“I’ve always had an amazing experience here. Their VIP hookah is awesome! It’s an all glass hookah with a fruit head. I recommend the ice hose. They play a mixture of music so it’s never dull and I’ve brought friends here for birthdays and my boyfriend for valentines and we’ve always been treated great! Definitely my favorite hookah bar! The call button on each table makes it easy to order more items or request new coals.”

“It is always worth checking out what Golden Oak has. Sometimes it’s a boring menu, but every now and then they have some special items that really change things up. “My family and I went there in Saturday late afternoon for some drinks and dinner. We sat in the bar area and had Rachel C. as our server. first off, I can not give enough praise to this woman. She was awesome!!! We were never without drinks, she was continuously checking on us, and I was watching her interaction with not only or table but the tables around us that she was taking care of. She was hands down amazing. Secondly, the food was great as well. I wanted the firecracker shrimp but have an allergy to sesame seeds. I asked for no seeds due to an allergy and within a minute of Rachel putting in my order, the chef was right there at the table going over everything and assuring me that my meal would be handled properly. Amazing experience, excellent food, great atmosphere, and can't wait to go back!”

“This is one of my favorite places to frequent on a hot weekend day. They sit on the side of the road in Ivanhoe in a food truck but they stay at that location. Whatever we’ve gotten it hasn’t ever been bad (how can it be though!?) We usually go for something with peanut butter in it and I like how they add coconut oil which hardens making a fun pattern and adds a little something extra. Highly recommend!”

“I attended today's event with Chef Ninja for the Dominican sushi. We arrived around 1pm. We were greeted and promptly escorted to our table. Our waitress attended us quickly to take order drinks and food. We didn't wait long for our food. The sushi was okay. It went downhill from there. Unfortunately we placed a take out order of sushis and we waited a long time to receive our order. They didn't have the elotes but they did replace it two extra rolls. In my opinion, the restaurant need to be better prepared for events like this.”

“I've been to this place a few times. Getting the right staff person is key. Tonight was a home run. Paige was right on the spot tonight with speedy service, a great personality and a very real world view of what customers expect at a pub. I wish I could have tipped her $20 for the 4 drinks my guests and I had. I will make it up to her next time. I was a little disappointed with ants in the stack of menus on the table, but I tossed them aside and had a great Guinness draft, poured properly like in Ireland, not that American "dump it in the glass and table" routine. Kudos for Paige and Bar Louie tonight!!”
