The manager makes sure the staff follow every step correctly. He asks customers who dine in how the food is and does what you expect from a GREAT manager. We dined in three times so far, and every time we were pleased with the quality of sandwiches and the wonderful manner of the staff. They have gone through proper training and know it is important to take care of their customers and create a pleasant experience. Please keep up the great work because many of us are tired of poor customer service and rudeness of staff in nearby fast food restaurants and Dunkin donuts. In this Jersey Mike's, every time we had delicious sandwiches and left with calm, happy mind.

First time going to a Jersey Mikes and I can’t say enough good things about this location. My husband and I walked in tonight after an extremely busy day at work with a 7 sub order and we were in and out in 10-15 minutes! The employees were incredibly nice and the subs are amazing! We will most definitely be back. Thank you guys your amazing!
