Azteca D' Oro Mexican Restaurant Winter Garden

My family has visited Azteca on Colonial many times over the years. Always great. Only problem is that is was 10 miles away. Just visited the new Azteca in Winter Garden Village which is 2 miles from where we live. EXCEPTIONAL in all respects! Santiago was the best! Entire staff and atmosphere great. In and out in an hour even though they were doing big business at 5pm. 5 stars easy!

The transformation from the previous restaurant to this new one is amazing! Love what they did here. The food is the same top notch quality that I have come to expect from Azteca. The drinks have changed a little, but not disappointed. Kid friendly atmosphere. Loud at times because of the crowd and live Mariachi Band, but a great atmosphere to have dinner. Recommend.

Excellent service. Food came out really fast. Chips and salsa were fantastic. Chips were warm and they give two salsa bowls for the both of us. The music and vibes were fun. The atmosphere and decor is warm and inviting. There were so many attentive servers and assistants. Felipe was an excellent server. All around great experience!

Verde sauce (enchiladas, but meat was great) had almost no flavor/color. Everything else was good. Steak in the steak tacos very moist and flavorful. Great fresh guacamole. Music was RIDICULOUSLY loud. We couldn't hear waitress and she could not hear us bending over close. I expect they will get better as time goes, but we enjoy the Ocoee/Pine Hills one much better. Some of these foods are different.
