Met the main manager, Richard I think? That guy loves this food! We talked about baklava and he let me try some before buying. Steak was great and the gyro was amazing.
If you ever need a great meal come see Richard at The Great Greek!
I just branched out and tried Greek food last year, fell in love with Little Greek as there was never any other Greek food around us, until this place! Their soup is made in house and is AMAZING! Their chicken skewers with rice pilaf, also amazing. Oh and their fries....you’ve gotta have a side of those. Super friendly staff! Will definitely come back - this place is closer to us, comparable in prices and has wonderful food - they’ve won me over.
We came across this restaurant after shopping in the area. Colin walked my wife through the gluten free options and she really enjoyed her salad and lamb kabobs. My daughter’s kid’s meal came out quickly which we appreciated and my Gyro was much larger than I expected. All the food was expertly prepared onsite and was delicious. The cookies at dessert brought me back to my childhood and the cookies my grandmother would make. The service was spectacular and made for a very enjoyable lunch for the three of us. We will be back as this is by far one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Central Florida. Thank you Colin and team!
Upon entering, we were immediately greeted in a friendly manner. In fact, the service throughout was consistently amicable and efficient. The restaurant appears very clean, and the atmosphere is warm but doesn't feel close. As for the food, so far I like what I've tasted. My boyfriend and I tried the Athenian Burger and the Traditional Gyro and we were not disappointed. I'm excited to come back and try something different next time! It's nice to finally have a delicious, affordable place to eat out in this area.
This place was delicious. Their gyro meat was tasty and well seasoned, but not overly salty. They salad was good and wasn't drenched in dressing like you get at most places. Their fries were very crispy and well cooked. I really enjoyed their feta fries.
The only thing that would make it better is if they made their own bread. I won't hold this against them sense the majority of places do not make their own bread.
They did not have fresh iced tea as far as I could tell, but it also just opened so that may change.
