Fitlife Foods Winter Park

Just had the most amazing Turkey Taco Salad at the suggestion of store associate. After an almost 12 hour work day it was so filling to have this meal. Usually after a long day as such, I would have gone through a Wendy’s drive thru. This felt so much better for my body. Not to mention the price is very reasonable. I will be purchasing more meals for sure.

What a blessing for people on the go.

I originally came in thinking this would be a place I’d use for weekends I am really busy and do not have time to meal prep. Well now I’m hooked and have been using it every week! All the meals are delicious and I love having variety in what I eat for lunch every day instead of eating the same thing. It’s also really nice that they have multiple sizes of most things so you can really get whatever is best for you.

Love the food choices here! Makes me stay on track. Just had an awesome morning yoga practice there with Krista from Yoga Shala from college park 😊

What a great concept!
Take and go meals, sorted by size, calorie count and type.
They have everything, ranging from snacks to full meals, every option gluten free, vegetarian, you name it.
The staff is helpful and you can order ahead.
I didn't see a discount option for packages, but the prices were not out of the ballpark.
They are a great option for those who want to eat fresh and are on the go.
