Awesome place for lunch. Prices so reasonable and portions amazing. Highly recommend
Great place to eat on Park Ave., without having to break the bank. Great specials, like free bruschetta with the order of a pitcher of sangria, or 25% off your order with weekly email coupons. The food is delicious and the service friendly and helpful. This is one of our favorites.
We went here for my daughters birthday. The food and service were okay but the owner was just down right rude to my husband. My husband approached the owner and asked the owner if they do anything for birthdays, a dessert/sing happy birthday. The owner told him " no we don't, our prices are low as it is and if you want you can buy a dessert " So pretentious and rude. We weren't asking for a free dessert smh. We spent almost $200 on dinner. We've been to other establishments in Winter Park and never have been treated in this manner. So needless to say this place will never get our business again.
Honestly, this response from you says it all. I didn't have to be there, when the conversation took place between my husband and you. He has no reason to lie. We tipped accordingly. Sub par tip for sub par service and over all customer service.
We didn't have dessert because we decided to take our business elsewhere. Never, ever have we been at a restaurant or looked at reviews from other restaurants who have had not so good reviews and restaurant owner respond the way you just have to my review. I see this is how you respond to any bad reviews or constructive criticism.
Oh and at any restaurant we have been at the chef or owner comes around to the tables and ask how dinner was. Not even a peep. Trust me this is not about a free dessert that you stated in your response. Once again pretentious and arrogant, I've seen your other reviews and I'm not the only one saying this. Customer service is key. I understand you have been in business 26 years but why shun out new potential customers with such a response is beyond disbelief.
This welcoming Italian restaurant is located in the historic district of Winter Park. There's many nice stores and restaurants in the downtown area. We chose Pannullo's Italian restaurant after seeing people with delicious looking food on their plates dining in the outside area. They make their own marinara sauce, making even a simple dish of angel hair pasta with meat sauce( they also make their own meatballs), a delicacy. The bread is how it should be: hot, a great crust, and fluffy on the inside. It's served with crushed garlic in olive oil. I was thrilled to find this place.
Incrediblely Good Gluten Free, large servings, low prices, & knowledgeable servers. If you are hungry for authentic Italian food, & also Gluten Free, there is no place like Pannullo's in or around Winter Park or Orlando. Careful---"small" salad is more than enough for two---& you want to save appetite & room for the terrific main course. No dessert, but you won't miss one. Highly Recommend!
