The information that I’ve received from the manager by the name of Dave has been fantastic. I am hosting a birthday dinner, and I must say that I’ve had a million questions. Dave has been very helpful and informative throughout the planning process. I’m praying that the service I receive on Wednesday is just as good as the quality service I receive from Dave being that he is scheduled to be off on that day. All in all Dave will make me return to the Winter Park location based off of his customer service skills.

I visited the Winter Park location on Christmas day without reservations a party of 5. Only seating available was high tables in the bar area which we were grateful to them for accommodating us. They were very busy and they still gave good service. The food came out on time. I recommend the calamari it was yummy! and we had the barbecue shrimp i think it was called also(. 3 of us had the $48 lamb chops they were delicious! The other 2 had steak which they enjoyed as well. The side dishes are expensive and they say they are shareable maybe between 2 but if you are a big eater getting your own side dish is recommended.

The reasons why I did not give 5 stars is because I did not experience dining in the main dining room. I also felt that the food was a bit pricey and could be a little more reasonably priced.

This was my first time going to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and let me tell you I was absolutely blown away. From the super friendly and accommodating staff and manager, to the impeccable service, from their fancy decor, to their absolutely delicious food. I had the petite ribeye medium rare with the blue cheese encrusted top and it was THEE best steak I have ever eaten. Melt in your mouth quality. The blue cheese wedge salad was also delicious along with the asparagus. And the bread was so fresh! I can't stop raving about this place and the experience I had. We were also seated right away with no wait time. Taylor was server and he was super awesome!! Thank you Ruth's Chris! We will be back super soon! One of the best sit down dinner experiences I have had. Thanks so much!

First time there. Inside is what you should expect. Very friendly service, and fairly good speed of service for being as busy as it was. The food was prepared properly and tasted great. Only thing I did not like, it was more louder than what I was expecting. I need to go back again when it not as busy as Thanksgiving business is. Now outside is a different story. Winter Park Village itself is a disgrace.There parking area is in need of repair and cleaning up. Good dining and very good service. Worth the time to check it out.
