The food is usually pretty good and is reasonably priced. Even the staff is fairly nice, but their service seriously lacks. With as many people they have working the counter and kitchen you would think they would move quicker. Especially since most of the food is set up and served cafeteria style. You walk by and choose what youd like and they make your plate. Unfortunately no one works in one station and they keep floating from area to area, takes forever to get ring you up, and it slows everything down. I understand if it is really busy, you will wait a bit longer if they have to refill the serving dishes but even if its not too busy and MAYBE a couple of people in front of you, you will likely wait at least 15 minutes, just to get food that is already cooked. If its busy, you hope you are patient. You will be standing for a while.

Chicken has good flavor but sometimes can be dry. The rice and beans are decent no complains there. Only things I get there so only judging them on that.

Food is good. Customer Service is good. But they really need to remodel the restaurant. It looks dirty, always. And is too small for the amount of people that go there. We don't like the sweet bread (sobao) from here, it taste like coconut.

Large variety of prepared latin food to go and sit down. The chicken is the best in town. Prices are reasonable. Also has a small bakery within restaurant. Gets very busy during lunch time because they run a "lunch special"

I haven't been to this location in 15 years. If you speak English, I hope the one English speaking staff member is there. The food is generally excellent.
Unfortunately, on this trip the pork was extremely dry and hard. Communicating with the staff was a challenge.
