Maple Street Biscuit Company - Celebration

Incredible food! Great concept for comfort food. The place is super clean and kept that way. Social distancing and masks were very apparent. Good job.

In between doctor appointments, we decided to stop here for a bite. And we weren't disappointed! While we perused the menu, Scott came over to talk to us and tell us about some of the items to choose from. While many sounded good, we settled on Risky Biscuit and a Risky Biscuit with Fried Egg, fresh squeezed OJ and of course, a Diet Coke. The Risky Biscuit has a bit of a pepper kick to it; it hits you at the end of your first bite. We chose to sit outside, and Scott once again made an effort to come out and talk to us about our meal. Just a nice personal touch that we appreciate. We even recommended the Biscuit company to our Celebration dentist! Hope to return soon to try something else delicious from the menu! My husband and I came here on the first day of our vacation. We ended up waiting an hour, watching 16 people (several of the same parties) who ordered after us receive their orders before us. As soon as he was aware of the situation, Scott, the restaurant manager, immediately sprung to action to ensure our food was made next. To rectify the situation, he gave us each a freshly squeezed OJ (it was amazing!!) and a card with a couple free meals.

2 days later, we came back.... on my birthday. Scott remembered us! We received our 2 free meals, and Scott asked us why we were in town. When he heard it was for my birthday and that today was my birthday, he ran back in the kitchen and brought out a chocolate chip waffle covered in whipped cream, sprinkles, and strawberries ?. I’m writing this review because although the food was great, the customer service was on a whole other level. Breakfast food may be a commodity, but the customer service here outshines any other breakfast joint I’ve ever been to. Thanks Scott! Be back soon!

5 stars!!! I've visited another Maple Street Biscuit so I came in with high expectations and this location didn't disappoint. Great food and atmosphere. We were brought their version of cinnamon rolls to try - I'll never be able to eat a regular cinnamon roll again. The Sticky Maple is amazing and the fresh OJ is delicious! Scott is the kind of manager every manager should be. All of the staff was wearing masks and tables were blocked to allow social distancing.
