Domino's Pizza

I want to preface this with saying that when I placed my order online, it was delivered in a timely manner. The food had good taste and was hot upon delivery. However, I did not receive the 2L soda I ordered and didn't realize it was missing until 2 minutes later. I immediately call the store, they answered promptly, and offer to have the driver turn around, to which I agreed. I waited for an hour to no avail, figured he'd home to finish his round of deliveries. I called and held on the line 30min before the phone disconnected the call. This would have been a 5 star review of it want for the experience AFTER delivery.

This location at Dyer and 192 is locally owned and operated. Even though they are a franchise of a global giant company a young husband and wife started their journey done 25+ years ago to achieve the true "American Dream". Congratulations to Rick and Cindy on the opening of their newest Domino's coming to a neighborhood near you.

Let me start by saying I love their food, it has a lot of flavor and it is always hot when i receive the food. Today when I went to pick up my carryout order, I had one of the workers tell me to wait a couple minutes more, I could see the worker in the back working on my side because they forgot to make it. The employee's here need to take more pride in their work, they all seem like they are dissatisfied with their job but that does not mean you should take it out on the service they produce for their customers.
