Dunkin'

Nice people just need a drive thru.

I've only been at this DD once, so I don't have a well-rounded opinion yet. I walked in and there was only one employee, didn't seem to enjoy her job (maybe just had a rough day, you never know), and the shop was very dirty. Not one table was cleaned off, the floors were a mess, most of the chairs had mess on them, and there was a little bit of food on the walls. HOWEVER, my mocha latte was very well made, and worth the money.

Super busy and they messed up my food order. To be fair though they gave me my sandwich for free bcuz of it. Nice people overall just crazy on a sunday morning.

so i went to this dunkin 2 times... and in those two times, they messed up my drink both times. the first one, they didn’t melt the sugar so i had sugar particles in my drink. that one is not bad cause the drink still tasted fine. but the second drink, i get my coffee with almond milk and not regular milk because it hurts my stomach. so what i get is an iced french vanilla coffee with almond milk and liquid sugar. i found out after i drank the coffee that they put regular milk in it and not my almond milk, but the only way i knew that was because my stomach started hurting and it usually doesn’t with the almond milk. plus it tasted a little different too, but i didn’t think anything of it. all i’m saying is that they need to pay more attention to what they are doing and what the customer is asking. because if i was allergic to real cow milk and i get really sick because of it, that wouldn’t be good for them. just pay more attention...
