Lizzie's Memphis Style Barbecue

Excellent variety of BBQ. My family enjoys the mac n cheese, baked beans and corn bread. The brisket is excellent. Nice atmosphere. I like that they open the garage door style windows. They have tvs on with sports. The restaurant is located near the outdoor stage, so you can listen to live music some nights. The chocolate cake and banana pudding are also good. We will be back!

Ate at Lizzie’s tonight and had a great experience! They are local-owned and operated opening on December 31st. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pulled pork sandwich was fantastic and delicious sides of potato salad, mac salad, and bbq beans with fresh-brewed iced tea! Can’t wait to return! The military discount was also appreciated. ???

Cool place, good food, nice staff. I would go back. I had the pulled pork plate with baked beans and cole slaw. They give you two styles of sauce, both of which are good. I enjoyed the mustard based Memphis style sauce. I wouldn't go here expecting the tastes of competition level BBQ, but it makes a good lunch stop. We will be back!

We got the tater tots, BBQ nachos with brisket, the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw and the pulled pork with green beans and Mac and cheese. Let me just start off by saying those nachos... were... AMAZING! By far our favorite nachos we have ever gotten anywhere, and you HAVE to try them! My husband really liked sandwich, but it was supposed to come with pickles and they didn’t, so he was a little disappointed with that. I loved the pulled pork, with was really juicy and fresh, and the green beans were SO yummy! I saw a review complaining about the Mac and cheese not having flavor, and I totally disagree. I will say the TOP of the Mac and cheese was dry, but that’s expected for cooking purposes. Once you take off that top layer there is so much cheese and it’s so.... “juicy” I guess? Lol it was very good! We were extremely pleased with the food! Oh and the tater tots were really fresh and super crispy!

Good service good food, if you are coming from somewhere that has very good BBQ this isn’t really the place to go. Beans were average, Mac and cheese was bland. Corn bread was good. I got the pig, meat was dry but still good. Wife found a chicken bone in her salad. Didn’t have their ribs but they look average.
