Amazing customer service...when they don't do something right they make sure they come back and take care of you. Try the seafood (lobster) chowder for an amazing appetizer and you can't beat the Outlaw Ribeye. A lot of restaurants could learn a thing or two from their customer service.

We are here tonight whilst on holiday. The service was brilliant. The Sam Adams beer was tasty and cold. Ordered the renagade sirloin steak. Cooked to perfection exactly how we like it. Absolutely fantastic. Also enjoyed the Caesar salad and warm wheat bread as starter. Really enjoyed the meal and a good price.

I ordered the buttermilk tenders salad and it was BOMB! It was very fresh and the tenders were cooked to perfection! The staff were extremely friendly and catered to our needs! The restaurant was very clean and the people there seemed to be enjoying their food!!

First time visiting a Longhorn Steakhouse and very good quality food and not expensive at all. Very good selection of food. I didn't eat at the restaurant though. I ordered take out and took it back to my place. But the restaurant looked nice and very cool place to hang out and drink.

We we're seated quickly, which was surprising for a group of 6 at dinner time. Our food came out in a timely manner. My problems we're our waiter was... Odd... He didn't really listen to us. I had to tell him my order three times before he actually heard it and then when I ordered my salad, I told him the dressing, but then questioned if the salad came with tomatoes or not and he missed that I specified my dressing already and made me tell him again. He really didn't pay any attention to detail at all. He was good with filling the waters, but missed filling my daughter's soda. I was going to ask him to refill it, but he didn't come back until it was time to pay so I couldn't. All of us agreed that our steaks just weren't up to par for LongHorn. Mine was cooked right, but tasted like they out a whole bunch of pepper on it and I don't care for pepper. My brother in law ordered the chili cheese fries and half of them came out so burned they were black. How do you send something out like that?? If it had been me, I'd have sent them back and asked for a new plate. Some of the night was good, but some was just not good at all. Definitely expected better.
