Manny's Chophouse - Kissimmee

Great food, I had Karan. She was completely adorable and efficient. She was great. The food came out quickly, the salad was properly tossed and seemed fresh. While having our meal she was actively paying attention and was able to refill drinks and any additional items we requested. (Desserts are good here, but this time we opted to get ice cream nearby.) Overall Manny's does a great job, huge portions, and excellent customer service. You do have options right down the street like Texas Roadhouse, amazing in its own right. You will not be disappointed going to Manny's.

AMAZING SERVICE!! WONDERFUL FOOD! My husband and I walked in and got sat quickly. Every employee we encountered was kind and positive. Our waitress ( Cherie) went above and beyond the entire meal. She was SO nice and attentive to our drinks the entire meal. When our food came out everything looked delicious. Cherie got to our table and realized my steak was small for what and wasn't up to the Manny standard. Without a thought she got a new steak for me cooking, and within 2 minutes max, the manager came over with a new one and was so kind.
My husband and I were in shock because the size of the steak is nothing we would have noticed or complained about. The fact that the staff is so caring about guest dining and their standard was a breath of fresh air. The staff at Manny's went above and beyond, and we are so happy we stopped in!

After spending the day in the heat at Disney Animal Kingdom we went to Manny's for dinner before returning to Jacksonville. Everything my group ordered (8 people) was excellent. I got a sirloin steak (which can be tough) that I could cut with a fork and barely need any pepper added (just my taste) to it. We shared potato skins, fried mushrooms, loaded fries and onion rings for appetizers that were cooked great. Today I reheated my left over steak and wasted a plastic knife which I didn't need (even after a night in the fridge and microwave to heat) to cut the leftovers. I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone else looking for a reasonably priced great restaurant whenever you go to Orlando.

Came here twice during our stay in Kissimmee. The first night was such a great experience. Food was great and our server was even better. Decided to come back a few days later. The first night there was 11 of us sat at two different tables so we called in advance for the new group of 17 and were told that they couldn't do it. Yet the first night we noticed a party room and the patio, which could have easily fit everyone together. This was the manager we spoke with. We weren't really happy with the answer so we called back, same manager answers and said "you're the people I just spoke to and I told you no" and hung up on us. So called back a third time and spoke to a female manager and she says "oh no problem, come on in". Horrible customer service from that one person's interaction.
