It was a nice place... Staff was nice... Just a bit upset cause I drove all the way from polk county for ice cream and they didn't have strawberry.... I mean how can you run out, it's a top flavor.... But other than that nice spot.....

Maracas is a known little spot to go eat. The service is a bit slow but not too bad. The food is on point. Big portions and quite savory. The service is friendly. I did go by around lunch time and it was packed. Good sign for me was also that while sitting having my food, the amount of customers coming in was impressive. That's a sign of goodness.

Maracas is one of those tucked away (very) small places you visit from time to time. The food and service was very good, a bit slow on the preparation (it was pretty busy though) the food portions could've been a bit more, however, what lacked in size was quickly forgotten by the great taste. The coffee is a must try, the Mufungo, a little firmer and you got a winner guys! I would Highly recommend Maracas. This is a SMALL place, weekends, you'll probably be waiting, particularly after 4:00pm. If the taste of classic Spanish cooking is your thing, this is your place. Omg. I’m Spanish from PA family all in New York. And let me tell you. When I say this reminds me of home, I mean it. The coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time. The food was just so great. Everything was delicious. I’ll be back that’s for sure!!!
