Palazzo Lakeside Hotel, a Magic Moment Hotel Collection Member

Loved this hotel! Very clean, exceptional staff, & great complementary breakfast all while having an amazing view of the lake. The staff checked on me before & after my stay. They went above & beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. They even set up the room w a swan, chocolates, rose pedals & a candle because of me & my boyfriend anniversary & Valentine’s Day. I knew this hotel was exactly what I wanted when I walked through the lobby & seen the very up to date furniture. I will definitely be returning to hotel soon.

Stayed for one night with family I had to take to the Airport. I was attended by Carol G very nice person. Lobby is very fancy. Room is very simple. Coffee marker didn’t work I reported to the Office. Hallway very smelly of cleaners , my brother got allergy. Elevator is too slow. My room was close to one of the glass doors and I can’t sleep with all the noise people throwing doors, and walking. Like the pictures and quotes .

I enjoyed my stay at the Pallazo hotel so much. The staff was so friendly, especially Deanne and Lucas. The lobby was one of a very high end hotel. My room was white and clean. the shower had a glass door and the washer pressure was amazing! The beds were so comfortable that we forgot to try the free breakfast. Also they gave me no trouble with my service dog! I will absolutely stay again!!!❤❤❤

Friendly Check-in, Excellent Customer Service and Happy faces all around. Thanks David for providing one of the best customer services and Big thanks to the ladies at the front desk. I’ll definitely come back when visiting Orlando. And yes, All amenities are close by. Worry Free Place !
