Red Lobster

Ok AMAZING TO GO SERVICE! Where do I begin? The gentleman who greeted me upon entering the restaurant was kind and warm. He directed me to the bar area to pick up my order and I was not expecting what happened next. The order was placed on line with individual names to each order and the amazing April and Lauren (I read their name tags) were kind enough to individually bag each order WITH names so there would be no confusion when I returned to the office. You may think this is no big deal, but let me tell you, our office orders takeout multiple times per month, and there has never been an instance in which we have ordered food and not had one single mistake... until now!! No one's dressing was missing, no one's spoon was forgotten.. . Everyone had their own biscuits so there was no fight to the death for eating rights to the last one... It was a perfect experience. I am proud to say we will NEVER order from any other Red Lobster other than this one, thanks to April and Lauren. They are team players and I loved it! ❤ Thanks guys, I mean gals!!!!

We really enjoyed our dinner at this red lobster! The food was excellent and our server, Gin, was terrific and so sweet. We will definitely come back the next time we're in Kissimmee!

This is obviously a place for people who like seafood. It's a bit smelly inside, probably because of the fish. The smell isn't so bad that I didn't enjoy myself, but it was bad enough that I noticed the smell every once in a while. But the food was great! I didn't get any sort of fish meal, but the chicken pasta and the cheddar biscuits were top notch. The service was a bit slow, but they were friendly so I didn't mind that much.

The food was great (their biscuits are awesome)! The staff was superb and we left there stuffed. It was a nice quasi casual dining experience. One of these days I'm going to get one of those lobster's from the tank :)
