Afternoon tea was wonderful. I was told this was their first service and I think it was a great start.

Service impeccable from the door to dessert. Staff was very attentive and made sure that we understood the selections and how the service worked.

The tea selection was amazing. If I could I'd sit there all day trying different teas. If you're a tea lover then you should give this place a try. The selections had both variety and uniqueness to each tea.

Finger sandwich course was delicious. Filled with classics with small twist to make it unique. The scones and jams were lovely. Dessert was my favorite, especially the lemon tart and the saint honore.

Overall was fantastic and fun. I hope they'll take some chances with the menu and really have fun with it.

10/10 from start to finish! We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved it. Randi was an AMAZING server and incredibly kind. The atmosphere, the food, the aesthetic, was all there!

Incredible experience at the Salt & the Cellar! The hotel is beautiful, immaculately decorated. The mocktails were thought out to perfection with beautiful presentation. As someone sober, I really appreciated this! The food was just incredible!! The wagyu tacos were insane, we had two. The spinach salad, cod, dark chocolate cigar....all fantastic! We can't wait to go back. Top notch experience.

The food was exceptional and creative. The servers were wonderful and attentive. The restaurant only serves mocktails but allow you to bring your own bottles and there's no cooking fee. Definitely worth checking this place out.

Exceptional food, service and ambiance. Dinner here was an experience and one of the best fine dining in Orlando. The food was very good and the nonalcoholic cocktails are incredibly sophisticated and my husband and I were really impressed. We don't drink alcohol and this was the first time in US we were able to have a real craft drink experience and not get stuck with a virgin mojito or soda. Everyone working there was amazing as well and made it a really special evening for my husband's birthday. We can't wait to go back for more special occasions!
