Silva Bowl Caribbean Grill

I had the Curry Goat, cabbage, rice and peas. My mouth is watering as I type this, just remembering how delicious it was. It was properly cooked, had a proper balanced amount of meat and fat with fork-splitting tenderness. My friend had chicken curry with vegetables and rice. Even though the Chicken Curry was a $5.99 lunch special item, my friend said it was a memorable, delicious dish. Considering their affordable prices, cleanliness and incredibly generous portions, I’ll be looking for excuses to return to the area just to visit Silva Bowl. Your meal will be served on a to-go container with plastic ware, whether you eat at the restaurant or not, so don’t expect fancy dishes or silverware, but the food, the atmosphere and incredible kindness of the owners/staff make that detail a non-issue. This is one of those places where Anthony Bourdain (RIP) would have been proud to eat at. I highly recommend it.

Just took my aunt and uncle here also the reviews encouraged me to try this place. Especially taking them to eat their first meal for the day. So it was very important that we ate good. So yes the food was balanced and suitable for our liking. Customer service was up to par! Anyone reading this I give you the first and final push to go and try it out. Thanks guys!

This is a new favorite spot. I had been wanting to try the food here for sometime and finally came for lunch last week. The food was delicious. I ordered the Curry Chicken lunch special and Jerk Pork. The meats tasted fresh and were fall off the bone tender. The food portion size were great, I had plenty of leftovers for dinner later that night. The service was very nice and the restaurant was neat and clean. I returned a few days later to try the Roti and also ordered the Ribs, they were both excellent as well. Im looking forward to tasting their other flavorful menu items.

Food was good and great portion for the price. Me and my hubby split a large curry goat and had plenty. Definitely visiting again ^^
