Wendy's

I grab my lunch / dinner here 2-3 nights a week. Love the fresh salad, the grilled chicken sandwiches (keto life ~ I throw the buns to the birds!). A busy store, but usually nice, friendly employee's! My only caveat....1 day they took my cash, had me pull up to wait, but never gave me my change. The next day, got my food for my lunch....mentioned the "change" and that I would have chosen a different menu item if they would have told me up front the item wasn't readily available. Got the reply of "That's life!!" and no mention of my change. I hope my 97 cents went into Dave's Adoption container! And glad my waiting time didn't make me late for work. "That's Life!" Hum???????

During the day this place is GREAT! At night, not so much. If you're employees care.. The food speaks for it. When you have high school kids who are just collecting a few coins, your food is gross.

Nothing about this Wendy's is special. Neither is there anything inerrantly wrong with this store. I would even go as far to say that this is an excellent example of an average Wendy's location. Now, that being said, I would like to examine the anatomy of a typical Wendy's. I would argue that most do not directly choose to visit this particular food chain. Rather, it is the consequence of exterior factors, the cheif two being cost and efficiency. On this particular visit, my wife and I were looking for a quick bite that was on our route. This Wendy's was just the place that we were looking for. So by this measure Wendy's would appear to hold itself up well against other restaurants. However, this does not take into account many of the merits that I would judge a good restaurant by, such as quality of food or customer service. Therefore, all things considered I feel confident in concluding that this Wendy's is nothing more than an average example of an average fast food restaurant.

Overall have never had a problem with this location. I feel they missed the point of the order kiosks when they installed them though. They installed the kiosks on the counter with the registers instead of away from it causing you to wait even to use the kiosk if there is a line at the register. Kiosk should make it quicker and more convenient but in this case it fails.
