Chipotle Mexican Grill

Two on the afternoon and they were dead. I think they were 5 people eating and there was no line. We waited a full team minutes before the cashier came over and took our order. They were 5 people visably working. The whole restaurant was dirty and no one was doing any cleaning. Our food was a bit sloppy but tasted good. The employees were lackluster at most. No one greeted us and there was no communication. This location epitomizes why I have not been a fan of Chipotle over the years. The positive reinforcement training audio playing under the music does not bode well either. Obviously they have had problems here but I guess they are at least trying to improve.

I will stick with other locations for now but will try them again in the future.

We've been to Chipotle several times in the last couple of months and every single time customer service has been ok but not great and often mediocre. Sometimes the food has been good other times has been just okay and once or twice it just wasn't good at all. Inconsistency has led to us choosing to go to other places for similar food.
