This is the best food in THE WHOLE OF POINCIANA. CONSISTENCY. THIS is my spot. And I see people complaining about price, go somewhere else pay less and get minimal taste and service ENJOY????????✌????????.....MAMA BIG UP YOURSELF

Food wise needs a major updates (better chef) but the pikliz is good.

This was my first visit to any Haitian restaurant. Inside was small, clean, and the sever was friendly. Inside menu on display is not necessarily all they offer. You place your order at the counter like take out. A few tables are available to eat there. We didn't wait too long for our food and the price is similar to local Caribbean restaurants.
We ordered Oxtails and Stewed Chicken. Each came with Rice and Peas, fried green plantains, and a little lettuce. The rice was the best part of our meals. It was tasty but a little dry. It needed some gravy.
My stewed chicken was fried skinless and came with maybe a teaspoon of gravy. I had 2 drumsticks and a leg quarter. It had flavor but was fried too much and overcooked! Disappointing. My husband's Oxtails were not seasoned much and had too much fat. Thankfully it was served with enough gravy.
I've heard that Haitian food is very good. So we will go back again to try something different before giving up on them completely.
BTW, This restaurant is next door to a pizzeria with similar signage. You might not realize there are 2 different restaurants.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The best fried red snapper I've ever had from a restaurant. I came to Orlando for a funeral over the weekend and I've eaten here twice already. This will definitely be my go to Haitian restaurant when I come to town.
