“I honestly love their pizza it's usually my go to for pizza. Never usually had a problem. Today I tried calling and the line was really busy so resorted to ordering online. The order was placed at 5:08 and I called around 6:40 because I still haven't received my pizza. I called to see what the hold up was, and the phone line was super busy . I finally spoke to someone and she checked my order and she explained that it was a super busy night and that's the reason for the delay. That the computer doesn't take into account that they were busy and the time it told me it would be at my home wouldn't be accurate. They couldn't even call to tell me that they were super busy and it would take longer to arrive to my home. And it's about to be 7 and I have 2 children who are very hungry. Be aware when ordering online and on a Friday .”

“Good food and friendly service, but I had to remove a star as we went there with a service dog and we were immediately put in the closed section of the restaurant. We heard the lady offering other people that came if they wanted Hibachi seating or restaurant, we didn't get anything like that. We didn't make a fuss as a quiet area is ok for us, but its not a great feeling and I know would rightly upset some people. The other staff and server were friendly though and the food was good.”

“While I haven't been to their Kissimmee location, I had the pleasure of trying Jimmy Bear's at the Fringe Festival where they had a truck. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a side of smoke macaroni and cheese. My boyfriend ordered a gator tail basket. They had a table set up with their signature sauces. I tried the original and the sweet version. The original was a mustard type version which I usually don't like, but this one was pretty good! The sweet was also good, and the two mixed together on my sandwich were perfect. The pulled pork itself had a good flavor on its own without the sauces and was very juicy. The smoked macaroni and cheese was just okay. It didn't really taste "smoky" to me, but it was decent. My boyfriend enjoyed his gator tail and I tasted some and thought it was good. It was a generous serving, too. The photo shown is missing some! Overall, I thought it was good BBQ and was happy to get the opportunity to try it!”
