“Good food and friendly service, but I had to remove a star as we went there with a service dog and we were immediately put in the closed section of the restaurant. We heard the lady offering other people that came if they wanted Hibachi seating or restaurant, we didn't get anything like that. We didn't make a fuss as a quiet area is ok for us, but its not a great feeling and I know would rightly upset some people. The other staff and server were friendly though and the food was good.”

“While I haven't been to their Kissimmee location, I had the pleasure of trying Jimmy Bear's at the Fringe Festival where they had a truck. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a side of smoke macaroni and cheese. My boyfriend ordered a gator tail basket. They had a table set up with their signature sauces. I tried the original and the sweet version. The original was a mustard type version which I usually don't like, but this one was pretty good! The sweet was also good, and the two mixed together on my sandwich were perfect. The pulled pork itself had a good flavor on its own without the sauces and was very juicy. The smoked macaroni and cheese was just okay. It didn't really taste "smoky" to me, but it was decent. My boyfriend enjoyed his gator tail and I tasted some and thought it was good. It was a generous serving, too. The photo shown is missing some! Overall, I thought it was good BBQ and was happy to get the opportunity to try it!”

“This is a great location! But they are so busy they barely have time to clean up. Tables are always dirty and the floor needs to be swept always. “Very disappointed last night as no water available to clean love bugs off windshield. All containers were empty. During the love bug season, customers depend on the pump isles to have water available. Should not be difficult to keep water in the buckets.. Time was 8:30 pm. Went to WAWA the next night and again the same thing....NO WATER....spoke with staff inside and was told they were having to fill the buckets each shift. Come on now, it needs to be checked hourly as this is a heavy love bug season. That water gets used up quickly. You have 4 isles with a total of 8 water containers with window squeegees.”

“My family orders from this restaurant all the time. It is close to where we live, and it is easy to just call or drive over. The wait times are not that long and the food is priced well. My family has lived in NY for years, and once we moved here it was very difficult to find pizza that was good. When we found Bella Roma's we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. It does not compare to NY style pizza but it was the closest thing we could find. Also, for me who does not eat pizza, I found the chicken club sandwich or the alfredo to be very good. I would definitely recommend to people, and we will continue coming here.”
