Firehouse Subs Boca Raton

Firehouse subs in Boca is our families favorite go to place. When most restaurants shut down during the Covid-19, we were glad to get take out and delivery from Firehouse Subs in Boca. It’s the cleanest facility I have ever seen. All staff wears masks, gloves and constantly sanitizing the place. During these troubled times, it’s important we support businesses that are following proper guidelines. I felt safe going there and knew that my food is being prepared by people who care.
I highly recommend going to this location only if Firehouse subs.

I give this location a 5 star because I had amazing customer service from a girl named Tiffany. She greeted me as soon as I walked in , everything looked clean, stocked and she was very nice to me. She had the best customer service and I had my sub made very quickly . Definitely recommend this location !!

Been to many other firehouse none like this one, eveyone was so nice and helpful the food was great but the customer service was was even better. Glad they open one where they did the commute is far better. I will definitely be back.

I want to say that my experience at this location was on point and pretty close to amazing . the staff was so kind and helpful. The lady who made my sub was so quick and fast also her and the young man have amazing customer service. I want to thank the young lady and the young man who I did not get there names , for such a delightful visit. I will be back.

I went to this new location the other day. The store was beautiful and i specially loved the art they had, which was unique and had elements of the city (tennis and the beach). I could tell the staff is newly trained and were doing their best even though it was busier than normally at a Firehouse Sub. However, they were very friendly and the owner who was there was fantastic. She was constantly communicating, smiling, the staff seemed motivated and supported and they made me the best cheddar brisket i have ever had. Given the experience i went again for lunch today and to my surprised they remembered my name. Loved it!
