(October 3, 2019, 6:51 pm)I lost 63 pounds strictly eating their meal plans. If your looking for healthy, affordable, DELICIOUS meals then this is the place to be. Susan, the owner, is friendly also and she seems to run everything very well. For $8 a meal, different menu and meals to choose from every week, what more can you ask for?

(January 11, 2019, 7:13 pm)I have been going to Fit Foodz Cafe for over 6 years. I have never been disappointed. Staff is always courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the food. The place is always clean and food is fresh. I have done the meal plan many times and wish they were in Jacksonville so I can still have them cook for me!!!! Thank you Susan and staff for being so awesome and keeping me on track with my healthy meals!!!!
