We had to come to Boca to get our Laurastarr iron repaired while on warranty. Owner is Turkish. Daughter loved the Sautee Lamb. My Lamb shank was really good. Wife's gyro platter was excellent. Baklava also excellent. Service is great. Right off Turnpike and Glades road. Definitely coming back. The Turkish expresso is amazing.

We were looking for a "new Greek or Mediterranean Restaurant" and I remembered seeing reports that LEZIZ had opened. It poured rain all day yesterday but we had planned to go out with friends, so we went. This is the location of a previous Greek Restaurant- their banner is over the old sign while a new sign is being made. The place was pretty inside in blue and white - bright enough that I could even read the extensive menu. Having just been to Greece, Turkey and Israel- some items were familiar and some totally unique to Florida. We were surprised and delighted! We had forgotten to ask about drinks (they serve beer and wine) and were nervous when our server, Abraham said they had "red or white" and named a few variatals... we were nervous but then he brought out a real nice bottle of California Cabernet for the others and a great glass of Chardonnay for for me.

Abraham was phenomenal all night long - and not just as we were the only patrons due to the rain and flooding. First, ice water service without asking, then he took drink orders ... I don't take that for granted anymore. The kitchen was spot on with all dishes coming out on sequence and together.

We skipped the $29 cold appetizer platter (which would have been all spreads and salads as traditional like I just had in Israel) but instead enjoyed the complimentary Tzatziki dip and fresh warm pita. I had seen a photo of what they call their Lamacun Pizza- no cheese... but a flavorful ground lamb (and when they say spicy they do NOT mean "HOT" but "having used spices") - spread on the utterly stretched thin bread like you would find in Jordan or Turkey. "Three pieces" means THREE whole flats! The Shepherd's Salad was wonderful - vegatables were fresh and bright - Kabobs and Lamb and Beef blend Gyro slices were served on platters with sides that were not at all ordinary. I ordered Lamb sauté with Bulghur wheat which was tender and transported right back to The Med. We are a group that does not eat onions and each dish was made to order - without an onion to be found (except for a garnish on the "pizza" plate, which I forgave. ) This is a testament to everything being made fresh and to order. Not only was it affordable, way too much food and an absolutely perfect night - but fascinated by the connected "Ice Cream Cafe" - we HAD to try the "Snowflake Ice Cream". I can't even explain it- but our friend had the signature Pistachio one- I asked them to make me salted Carmel with Pistachios and almonds. Two words: Do it!

I have lived in South Florida over 30 years and we eat out at least 3 times a week and had basically given up on the quest for a great new place. Leziz is THE REAL THING and it has a menu unique to any place I have dined in Florida. Do NOT mistake it for the old restaurant at this location - all they share is the address. And don't confuse this with a fast food sandwich shop just because you see Gyros and Kabob on the menu. Leziz Mediterranean is anything BUT ordinary. They had so much going for them with only 3 weeks open, I forsee them getting even better. I hope you love it like we did as we need to keep a great place like this around!!! I hope many others share our good experience and comment on it ... and not just take the time to only share bad experiences like most do. We'll see you there! * Google wouldn't let me share my photos but I will try to add later!*

Unique Mediterranean food with some great Turkish dishes. I recommend the lahmacun pizza if you want to try something new and exciting. Service was great and restaurant was clean and catered towards mid-fine dining. Parking is difficult as shared with other places. Overall a great dining experience and tasty for all ages.

My family and I ordered the Turkish pizza and the mixed grill for two. Then we had the ice cream. Everything tasted very delicious. The Turkish pizza’s bread is so fresh and crispy and the meat on top tasted amazing. The mixed grill plate was beyond fresh all the meat options in it tasted spectacular. My favorite was the adna kebab. Also I highly recommend their ice cream super yummy.

It was very good and food is excellent. The wait staff is very friendly. I had the chicken sauté, which was amazing. i would compare it to fajitas with the vegetables mixed in.
