Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Olive Garden has been a favorite of mine for years. I have lived in many different states and this is one of the best I have ever visited.

However, we had the WORST experience ever this past Mother's Day. The COVID Quarantine just made things awful as we ordered online but there was just a mass of people all trying to pickup at the same time. It was a nightmare. and it was stressful and so frustrating. You could tell the staff were doing their best, but it was just still so exhausting and annoying. The food was great per usual, but I just felt so annoyed at the fact that it took my husband almost an hour and half to pick up the food.

That being said I knew I wanted to call OG on Monday to talk about this. Wow. The BEST customer service I have EVER received from a restaurant. I talked to Ashley - the General Manager - and she immediately apologized and professed her regret for such a stressful situation. The poor staff were trying their hardest but no one could be prepared for what COVID did to such an important holiday. They truly tried their best. Ashley took it upon herself to apologize for the experience and promise a much better experience moving forward.

I will most definitely be visiting this Olive Garden again - mostly because of Ashley and her ability to explain the situation and make me feel appreciated as a customer. I hope to meet her in person someday so that I can thank her again in person for being kind and doing the right thing by her customers. That is beyond important - especially in times like these. I hope that we can all remember moving forward that restaurant employees are trying their hardest and there is A LOT going on behind the scenes. Please be kind and know they would do ANYTHING to resolve the situation if they could. They deserve kindness!

Enjoyed their lunch special. We've been to several OG locations and they are always good quality. My gnocchi soup was very thin, more than usual it seemed, but otherwise all was nice. Good service.

Night Manager Calie, saved the day. My 84 year mother left some valuable items at the restaurant, Cali recovered the items and stored it over night in the safe. Price of the meal "Priceless" thank you!

Who does not love Olive Garden?! Great food, awesome atmosphere. Our service has been great every time we come. Waiters and waitresses are knowledgeable on the menu, service and take care of us quickly and professionally! We choose this location over all the others!

Good service, same quality food as other places I have visited. Good prices, for the food and experiences.
