Authentic Haitian Creole cuisine
With consistency, adequate pricing, and authentic flavour; it'd be hard to rival against Paradise Island. VERY friendly staff and fresh preparation has me wanting to even invest in this restaurant so that they may bring this Paradise vibe to more than just Boca Ratón. Alas, all I can do now is provide this review and hope Paradise Island could obtain the recognition it well deserves ); Obviously, try Griot first, and do not be afraid of the melt-in-your-mouth fat that hopefully you get blessed with in your meal. No, that griot fat should not be eaten DAILY as it is a delicacy in Our culture, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to! Thank You Paradise Island!!!
I have lived in boca my whole life..24 years..when I was 7, I went on a cruise ship to labadee Haiti..this was the first time I tried Haitian food however and the rice was my favorite..the rice has spices in it that I really like..the service was not fast but we were told that Haitian food is not fast..I think it is pretty cool to have Haitian restaurants in my area considering that Haiti is one of the few countries I have visited in my life..I suggest to anyone in boca to give this place a try as it was very good
