I have visited the other locations before and I was so excited to hear that they opened another location in West Boca! I went to go try the Dim-sum platter as well as the 5 Spice Duck Ramen. Both were very flavorful! Service was definitely a 10/10!

Restaurant was super nice and a higher end version of the East Boca location. The waiter, Louie, was also great too and made sure all our food came out correctly and constantly was giving refills. Super attentive and positive attitude. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Three weeks since the opening of the West Boca location. Overall very high food quality and very attentive service. Minor nitpicks:

    1) Be very explicit about the sweetness level of the bobas when you order. Rachel wanted 25 percent (you can specify 4 levels) but came out 100 percent. They remade it, was fine. It probably won’t happen again as we let the owner know to train the staff accordingly with the POS.

    2) The “lobster” gyozas on the current menu are mixed shrimp and lobster and heavily ground-up fillings, at which point they resembled a fish paste that you might see in commercial shumai. They aren’t specified that way on the menu — I suspect, after telling the owner that it will be changed (or at least the description will). Rachel and I didn’t like them very much; we had them replaced with traditional pork, which is very good. All of their dumplings are made fresh in-house; I’m inclined to try the chicken and the beef next time.

    3) Crispy cauliflower appetizer isn’t as crispy as I would like (it would probably benefit from being smaller pieces), but I love the gochujang sauce. I‘m sure it’s excellent on the wings. Rachel liked this one more than I did.

That said, it’s a fun place with a great Japanese Anime/Manga-themed atmosphere. Server Jack was very professional/amicable and service-oriented, and I’m sure we were his nightmare table that evening.

They make their own ramen noodles with a pasta machine out of their east Boca location; they are skinny wheat noodles (no egg). The core product is good, and it’s a fun place, but I’d cut them some slack. The 12-hour Tonkotsu Ramen broth I had was exceptional; it has two nice slices of Chashu pork and two pork gyoza floating in it.

So excited this restaurant is now in west boca. Beautiful ambience, we went tonight on their soft opening. Great attentive team service led by Ken. Ramen was terrific and flavorful. A welcome addition out here!

Great addition to West Boca. This is a fancier version of their eastern counterpart, it’s full sit down wait staff service with a large menu of ramen and fusion dishes.

Went with the classic tonkotsu for my first visit to this location. They have handmade noodles here and they’re very tasty. The broth is ok but the spicy add on is what kicks it to the next level. Ramen egg was spot on and I loved all the topping options. There was also more pork than some other places put in their ramen. Overall it’s a good, standard bowl of ramen that hits the spot. I think it’s a solid ramen place for the area.

The restaurant itself is very well designed. It’s colorful and inviting with indoor and outdoor seating. Servers were very friendly. Would love to try some of their other dishes on a future visit!
