The Cheesecake Factory

The food was great, but the service was excellent. We had David as our server, and he could not of done a better job waiting our table. I think he is Cuban. I'm sure they have a couple David's working there. Anyway great service, I will go back.

I like the cheesecake factory, it's a chain so you kind of know what to expect. The food is really good and moderately priced. I thought it was more of a special occasion place but it doesnt have to be. The cheesecake is amazing of course. We had the calamari and it was really good, not chewy or anything. Had a burrito and chicken sandwich and cheesecake for dessert. The waiter was friendly and quick. Didnt have to flag him down for drink refills so that's cool.

Cheesecake was absolutely amazing. The food for me was okay. There was not anything wrong with it. It just didnt wow me. Still 5 stars. I will be back for some dessert!

I took my family there hoping it will be a great experience as the cheesecake factory in Orlando, one of my favorite places to go to, it was a horrible mistake, well let me tell you how this terrible service started, first of all, there was no introduction from the server, no smiling or feeling sense of hospitality at all, no plates or empty glasses were removed from the table, no checking on the quality of the food after it was served, I don't know if this is how this cheesecake factory restaurant trained their servers, but I will tell you that I'm working in the food and beverage service, and I have never seen so poor quality of service as this one. I would give 5 stars rating to this place, but because of the low quality of service, I'm giving them 3 stars, because of the quality of food is always been amazing , I will never go back there, and I will never recommend it to anyone else.
