LongHorn Steakhouse - Curbside To Go Available

Ate at this location a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed my meal. Nothing to be excited about but it was decent. My husband and I waited about 30 mins before being seated which was fine since it was a Friday night. Our server Josh was impeccable and very attentive. Overall, our time at the restaurant was fine but my husband and I overheard the manager yelling at her employees in the middle of dinner. Her diction was nasty and demeaning, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. Maybe if she spent as much time helping the staff as she did yelling, the restaurant would perform better. I might give it a second chance.

The wait time isn’t that bad. The food is pretty good but our waitress wasn’t. She brought our bread out, then our appetizer. She never collected the used plates on the table. Then our food came out and they still neglected to take the used plates off the table although the plates were stacked on the table and it was barely room for our actual dinner. A customer shouldn’t have to ask for condiments. We had to ask for steak sauce and ketchup but not our waiter. She really didn’t check on us. The service was horrible but the food was good. I would recommend the restaurant but not the waitress.

Really enjoyed our meal. 6 oz Flo's filet and the best loaded baked potato in the county. The reason for the 4 stars is the mediocre tossed salad. No thought in it just some lettuce and some packaged croutons, though really good blue cheese dressing.
Our server, Allen, was fabulous, very friendly attentive and punctual. When he found out it was my birthday he offered a free Sundae which we accepted. It was not really a Sundae, just good quality vanilla Ice cream with whipped cream on top but it was delicious. It really wasn't my birthday but it was my birthday meal my friend treated me to as we did not have a chance to get together sooner. Will definitely be back always, like Longhorn.
