OK&M Organic Cafe- Breakfast/Lunch-Vegan & Gluten-Free Options

I don't go out to eat often, but when I do, I go here! New to town and just discovered this gem today. It's a cozy cafe with bar seating along the store front window and a couple tables outside.

The menu has fresh, organic ingredients with a farm to table vibe. Staff is friendly and accommodated my dietary preferences (gluten-free). I had the bison burger with caramelized onions and gruyere cheese over a bed of field greens. It was cooked perfectly and the flavors were nicely balanced. It was very satisfying on this chilly Saturday afternoon.

I also had a sample of their delicious banana bread which paired well with my mocha latte. I don't think I could go wrong with anything on the menu. Looking forward to more weekend bike excursions and continuing my culinary journey through their menu. Might even check out their sister restaurant in Delray Beach ;-)

The staff was very friendly, since it was my first time there they genuinely helped me pick a dish that fit my lifestyle. After eating my Lion’s Mane on GF wrap, the chef was kind and curious enough to ask me how was my wrap. Only two little adjustments but besides that the wrap was delicious, the aioli sauce was very tasty!

It is a small place but the quality of the bread for the sandwich is amazing. Also, the healthy seasoning and dressing made a whole different experience. Even though I go a chicken sandwich I was surprised by the breast chicken pieces, bread, the veggies quality and basil sauce was amazing. It is worth a visit after the beach.

Mixed feelings here. My truffle brioche was a good portion and very tasty. The avocado toast was too little for the price you pay for. We ended up going to a different cafe to have a decent avocado toast. The drink was a rose latte. Different.

Little secret nook just before the bridge on Ocean Ave in Boynton. This place is solid. They provide high quality health food. The freshness is unbelievable. They lean on the vegan side of goodness with a splash of gluten free options as well as various sugar options in their mylk smoothy drinks, ie monk fruit or agave (or omit the sugar altogether like many locals do). Be sure to get in before noon as this place gets busy quick. Today, I had the avocado toast with mixed greens and a farm raised egg on top, a little over more cooked than I wanted (between OM and OH) but still yummy nonetheless. They serve with fresh sprouts, and you just fold them in half and eat up. So good. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.
