Definitely a great late night snack after a few drinks on the avenue. This is the real deal, I chatted with the worker there and he is originally from Philadelphia so you know he's making sure it's authentic. Definitely recommend the classic

Super great food, staff are awesome and fun to talk to. I wish they had indoor seating because sitting even in the shade in sweltering heat eating a hot sandwich isn't appealing. Great beefs and very nice pepper selection though.

I go here for their bean burger and fries. I love that they have an outside sitting area to sit, eat and people watch. It is located in downtown Delray. You can usually sit and start conversations with random people. The staff here is nice.

This place has always served great food if you're in the mood for a cheese steak or delicious hot dog. Even the burgers are great too. They truly have become part of the Ave. I'm sure people visiting from infamous cheese steak States what agree that their cheese steaks are done right with Florida twist
