Brule Bistro

The octopus was amazing a little light on the portion though. I'm still hungry, but maybe that's just me. Seriously it's just octopus and hummus so ... maybe there could be 2 price points for this dish? Server didn't seem to want to be there. Visited around 7 pm for cocktail and dinner. Atmosphere was on point.

Seen on Check please, we finally made the trip to eat there. There are so many restaurants in this part of Delray Beach this did not disappoint. Great space, staff was attentive presentation of food was excellent. Sundays menu had some great comfort items . Shrimp and grits , omeletes, chicken / waffles . All were fresh tasting.

Creative menu and very flavorful. Brunch was delicious! Service was excellent as well.

I have been here maybe 10 times in the last 2 months. Never had bad food or service. Today I was the only person in there. I ordered 2 appetizers which were amazing and a burger at the recommendation of the service Jennifer. I had some time but have to get back to work so when I saw my burger was taking a while I asked Jennifer and she said she was waiting for me to finish my soup. No big deal I would think to ask the customer are there any time constraints. Anyway the burger came out. I asked for Medium and the middle was cool and raw. I waited for almost 6 minutes for Jennifer to check on me and I finally flagged her down. I told her the burger was undercooked and I didn’t have time to wait for the recook. I was told by Jennifer that that was a perfect medium and that I was wrong that it was under cooked. I was shocked at the attitude I received. I wasn’t there to argue with her. I was out of time. Burger wasn’t cooked right. She had a huge attitude and told me flat out I was wrong. Truly hope you don’t have Jennifer when you go in. She takes things so personally. The manager on duty said she would speak with her and was sorry that the burger was not prepared correctly. The Server told me I was wrong and I was wasting a perfectly cooked burger. I eat out almost every meal now with my job so this was something that had to be shared. Food is good. Don’t let Jennifer wait on you.

Relaxed spot with a chill atmosphere. Entrees are good, but I’ve enjoyed the appetizers/small plates much more. Ingredients are fresh, and the menu rotates. Great spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner.
