First Watch - Delray Beach

Friendly staff, spacious dining area for social distancing, the menu was amazing. A lot of traditional breakfasts, most with a delicious but healthy twist. I ordered lemon ? ricotta pancake s. They add whipped ricotta cheese to the multigrain batter. Served as a "mid-stack" of two pancakes topped with marinated berries and creamy lemon curd. I added a side if their million dollar bacon.

I’ve never ordered from First Watch before and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The Chile Chorizo was incredible! On a side note, I was relieved to see how well they have adapted to keeping their customers safe during Covid-19. They all wore face masks, place was clean (and I mean clean!), food was ready on time, and they did it all while providing great customer service. Marc (or Mark) was exceptionally courteous to me. Great place for great food, especially during these hard times.

We were on our way back home when we decided to order takeout at the Delray Beach location. This was our first time ordering out since the pandemic started and we were hesitant. But, I'm glad we did! The place was spotless, staff members were wearing masks, they practiced social distancing, and they seem to be doing a lot more than than the requirements to keep the community safe in this restaurant. Trust me I checked! The manager, Marc, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be coming back thanks to him and his staff. And of course the food was outstanding as always!

This is a decent breakfast spot with an extremely friendly staff. I ordered the Healthy Turkey Omelette which was respectably executed; however, the portion was small for an omelette meal priced at $10.39. I substituted the toast with fruit, which was small in portion once again with a lineup of 4 grapes and 4 pineapple cubes. Though, I appreciate the substitution. Coffee was not anything to rave about. Farewell, and till next time - CC Rockefeller
