Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, a national chain, provides a wide selection of flavors, including, sugar free, gluten free, and vegan.

Ashley, the store manager, runs a tight ship. She attended Menchie's College, located in Encino, California, a couple of miles from my house. The college has a retail store and I and my granddaughter visit it often.

The yogurt machines and the shop are well maintained. The selection of flavors are broad and includes vanilla, chocolate, and many fruits. The yogurt machines will mix two flavors automatically. Toppings includes cookies, fresh fruits, candy and chocolate and marshmallow sauces. Your order is weighed to determine cost.

Seating is offered inside, in air-conditioned comfort or outside under the umbrella covered patio tables.

Parking is free but can be limited. Everything, including the bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.

A person /employee could really make a difference in a bussiness. Ive been to different Menchie’s but “cookie” the nice women thats always there when we go makes it worth the drive , with her nice attitude all the time and kindness!!! Love it!

We visited this Menchie's Yoghurt after the Sunday night outdoor concert with a Sinatra tribute singer and it was close to closing time. We observed the in-store promotional materials about downloading the Menchie's app to save $5. We showed the employee that we were trying to download the app from the Apple App Store and it kept swirling like it was trying to download and it just would not go through. The employee was not empowered to give us the $5 special credit and just told us to try it on another visit. We liked the selection of Menchie's Yoghurt flavors but really felt that the employee should have honored the deal as it was something being promoted and pushed by the company. As a comment on customer service, if the customer is doing his or her part to participate in your promotions and your technology is not working to make this a good experience for the customer, that customer may not come back. That being said, if Menchie's wants customers to download the app, there should be a policy in place that states if there's a technology glitch, the customer is still taken care of either on the spot or with some assistance from management or the company. The store was clean and there were tables and chairs in front of the store for outside enjoyment of the Menchie's Yoghurt. If we had been assisted with the Menchie's app, that would have made this business outstanding and worthy of a rating of 5. They did good, but customer service to go with really good yoghurt would have earning them a higher rating from us.

I love this place . They always have different yogurt flavors and the customer service is great. The blond lady that's there in the day time is so nice and she's always so happy and helpful . I always feel good every time I leave her cheery personality rubs off lol . I will definitely come back .

Location was good but not great. Parking is such a challenge. We had little kids with us and roger were playing pretty explicit music for a family restaurant.
