Blackbird Modern Asian

Honestly I have been working in hospitality for well over a decade and I just don’t expect too much from other places but Blackbird has really blown me away. The first time that I was able to sit at the bar, Sammy, Max, and Elliot gave the absolute best service I have received at an establishment in years. They were so friendly, energetic, attentive, and kind. I will honestly eat here every time I go out because of these staff members, which if you knew me, says A LOT! Thank you ****e for hiring such phenomenal people and creating mouth watering food. We are loyal to your restaurant because of this reason and will continue to spread the word ❤️ Thank you to the best bartenders I have ever met!!

After hearing all the noise about this place, we decided to check it out last night. Valet was full at 530..No biggie. Dropped her off at the door to put our name in while I found a spot somewhere (15 minutes). Hostess said 2 hour wait so we decided to head to the upstairs bar, which had a good vibe going!
We ordered the highly recommended Edamame ... AMAZING and a must have!
Drinks were creative and tasted excellent. Bartenders were attentive for how busy it was. We we surprised to get a call from Hostess desk 30 minutes into the wait saying they had a table for us. The hostess could get better at estimating this... it was great to be called early but we almost left because her estimation.

Upon reaching the hostess desk, they asked if outside table OK, we said sure if it was quiet & covered, as it was drizzling.

If there was one thing that was a miss with this great restaurant, it was the outdoor seating area.... Between the exhaust fumes, the car lights coming at you, and nonstop valet line literally 4 feet from you. It was highly distracting and not worth sitting outside at all if you want to enjoy your experience!! Highly suggest a bamboo barrier of some sort. Also in need of some weather protection for the elements as we did ask to be moved after continued rain.

As for our dinner, it was phenomenal!
We will be back.. just not outside!!!!!

My mom is Asian, so I joke that Asian food is my “soul food.” I could eat it all day every day and not get sick of it (and I've eaten it pretty much all of my life), so I’m discerning – and I was blown away by this hot new dining spot in northern Palm Beach County. The restaurant features an inventive menu that pays homage to tried-and-true Asian classics while infusing them with fresh flavor. Blackbird Modern Asian is located in Jupiter, and the upstairs outdoor bar is a vibe. You can see views of the iconic Jupiter lighthouse from that second floor spot, and don’t sleep on the Happy Hour menu and cocktails. I couldn’t believe they offer the Happy Hour every day, so be sure to check it out from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. My favorite dish was the Garlic King Crab Noodles. The massive Alaskan crab legs placed on top complemented the jumbo lump blue crab mixed in, and the taste was soooo rich and delicious. I lack the words, but suffice it so say that it makes sense that the server said it’s heavily ordered. When it comes to desserts, you really couldn’t go wrong with any of them. Make your plans now to try this delectable new dining experience – you’ll be glad you did!

We are in love with this place! We were finishing our dinner and making plans to come back. Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. The decor, vibe, music, and staff just amazing. We tried three different cocktails and all of them were really tasty. Our dinner was delicious. I’m so happy we learned about this place right after they opened. If you haven’t checked it out yet, don’t wait.

Definitely lived up to the hype. My favorites were the tempura oysters, short ribs, spicy pork wonton and both desserts were amazing! The chocolate bomb and the THAI TEA CRÈME BRULEE. We can’t wait to come back and try so much more. Also want to mention the staff being so attentive. I love the team work and managers checking in and Shaughn our server was great and suggested some winners. Thanks!
