Portobello Cucina Italiana

We come down about 5 times a year and spend our summers in JUP. Reverse snowbirds ... Portabellos is our favorite restaurant in the area. We seem to get Luis as our waiter 3/5 times and he is excellent. The food here is NYC quality or better. We stopped here early the other day and it was great bc it was very quiet ...more people came later on . We did not go early for the summer special pricing menu, but ended up ordering off of it anyway. We ordered sautéed calamari from the reg menus and it was very tender ... just delicious... l ordered trout which was prepared well and my husband ordered a veal dish and said it was very good.
Another nice surprise was that if you order a bottle of wine ... like we do ... there is summer pricing on that as well. This is an excellent restaurant where the staff and food are always on top of their game.
Also the woman who is the valet is also terrific... she has been there for a while, but still remembers you and greats you with a big hello and greeting.
I give the food and staff an A++

Excellant....4 couples on a Saturday night...could not have been better...food, service, drinks...wonderful Italian food...fun place...

What an amazing experience..8 people..EVERYONE LOVED DINNER! Truely the best Italian food in Jupiter...atmosphere, +A ..service...A+...food, A+, perfect example of being family owned and operated. The bartender is so friendly, this is our 4th Saturday night in a row.

Great food and were able to accommodate my dietary needs. Don thank you for catching the kitchen slip up before it arrived at our table. The extra few minutes was well worth it. The only complaint was how noisy the restaurant was it seemed to have no absorption for the acoustics, a jam-packed place and having to almost yell to talk to anybody at your table. But the staff was more than accommodating and the food was wonderful. First time customer, well return on a non holiday day.

One of the best for Italian in this area. Elegant but laid back. The servers have been here for years. You can tell they value their staff. Generally very friendly they don't rush you out. Although $8 for 2 biscotti, is a little high.
