These folks are on the ball! We went through the drive thru, the line was all the way around the building, and it didn't take 5 minutes to get through the line, get our food, and be on our way. The food was hot and delicious ? Great job and thank you!!

Good food - Fast drive thru

We went here today on July 24th, 2020 at 9:15PM. It was very busy the line went on for over ten cars and still we were seen in less than 4 minutes. The first worker who took our order was respectful and maintained a decent distance while talking to us but a mistake happened, apparently the order was deleted entirely and we redid it in seconds as he remembered the order to a tee. We went up and a man who worked there named Jonathan T. brought us our order, it happened they ran our order twice by accident and brought two of the same order. We figured out the problem and he was very kind and immediately went to refund our order. Great customer service the mistake was simply an accident with the system and they took care of everything. You hire some good, hardworking people.

Lots traffic, they still get orders processed pretty quickly, sandwich is ok and slightly overcooked (better than undercooked) BUT waffles fries are 95% soggy and more than half the time they keep forgetting the sauces and ketchup even after you specifically ask for them. I used to keep Chick at higher regard for service over McDonald's and BK but it seems they are prioritizing fast moving lines over getting an order correct. All future visits will now include double checking every order before leaving the window and reheating the fries when I get home... I suggest you do the same.

Everything fresh and everything tasted good through with this meal and customer is always the best per usual!
