    Delicious food and the staff is amazing! They were so helpful and kind and attentive! The menu is very creative and healthy and so delicious!

    Love the smoothies, shakes and juices. Recommendations are great! SUPER FRIENDLY staff! I always leave with a smile on my face!

    Not every disappointment is a misfortune. Yesterday I was drained after days of business travel and working late nights. Mentally and emotionally exhausted. All I wanted was a Recovery Shake for a delicious boost. I make my way to the NWC on Military in Palm Beach Gardens only to see it was no longer in business. Determined to get that shake I looked for another NWC and was delighted to see there was another one 10 minutes away. As I walk in I'm greeted with the pleasant smiles of the owners and calming music. Immediately I felt relaxed a relieving deep breath and sigh as it left my body. Ahh, exactly what I needed!! The shake was perfect! I planned to grab and go but decided to sit enjoy a small bowl of chili soak up some positive energy then grabbed a couple of tomato bisque soups to go. Thank you ladies, you made my day!! I'll be back soon.

    Stopped in to pick up lunch on the go and am so glad I did! Turkey salad wrap is delicious, so is the tomato soup! Very fresh. Friendly staff and friendly regulars makes this a special place...

    Delicious, fresh and healthy food at a very affordable price. Their juices and smoothies are awesome! Try the Warrior...They are also very accommodating, I get the California sandwich and substitute hummus for the Cheese.
