Sofra Mediterranean Cuisine Lake Worth

More Turkish than Italian, I would suggest another place if you're looking for an Italian restaurant. However if you're looking for Turkish cuisine than this just might be the place for you. This review is not meant to be bad, We did enjoy our food but there are places that we feel do Italian food far better.

Went here with my husband one night to check it out. It was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, serving sizes are very decent and the atmosphere and staff are very accommodating. It has a mixture of Turkish, Greek and Italian. I had the lamb shank and it was absolutely outstanding. We will be revisiting soon!

I came into this joint not knowing what to expect, first time I ever experienced Mediterranean cuisine. I leave this joint as an absolute fan of Mediterranean food. From the atmosphere, the service and most importantly the food, I give this place an A+! The rice pudding is amazing.

We liked it a lot! We ate only Turkish dishes. The food was really good, portions are huge and I'd said prices are fare to the portions. We ordered one platter, so we could try a lot of little things. It was a great decision. We also had the Octopus appetizer, which is awesome! If you like octopus, try it! You won't regret it!

Desert came with tea, which was a great surprise! I loved their tea.

The service was awesome too, the servers were very attentive. And the atmosphere is little high end, but I didn't think prices were expensive at all.

My girlfriend and I ate here last night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The chef came out and greeted everyone. Food was great and reasonably priced. Would recommend and we will be back.
