KFC

KFC foods are very very good. Their baked beans and coleslaw is very delicious, and I like the fact that they have grilled, all original and spicy chicken. I continue to visit KFC.!!!

Order was processed faster than the usual wait time, but gravy was gross and watered down. Mash was weird too, flavorless. Popcorn chicken and wedges were salty. Biscuits were dry and hard. Might avoid this location for a while.

Just love the service the value meals and most of all the line isn't slow PERFECT!!!

I am frequent customer to this location. Today was just not my day. I received a horrible batch of chicken and the chicken little bread was hard. However i could not bare the fact that it was so bad, I had to call. I called the store asked to speak to manager. Without expecting anything back, I literally wanted them to know you don't do that people. I've paid for other customers food before wanting them to have a hot meal like I would like.
But the management went beyond,they re-made everything fresh and was super polite and I was forced to write this because my anger turned into a proud moment. Acknowledging that mistakes can be forgiven. You won me back.#kfcnorthlake
