Charleys Philly Steaks

Why does this number always go to a personal cell phone. I just called and it went straight to someone’s vm. I’ve tried to call the actual store since it opened and it just goes to someone’s personal cell phone. You need to offer your customers call ahead ordering like every other place being that the food takes a while to cook and people don’t have that long of a lunch break or time in the morning. Foods great, accommodations not so great

I grew up in Philly with parents who owned a pizza shop where I made and ate tons of cheesesteaks and wanted to try their steaks because every place before it has failed. I had the chicken cheesesteak and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The staff is very friendly and food is good. Definitely check it out!

Charley's Philly steaks is legit . Food is high quality and made fresh. The team members provide great customer service.

Food was great, little pricey but the quality is there so that's what counts most. When I couldn't decide what I wanted from the food court the lady behind the counter offered me a free sample and it was great! I will come back again. I recommend the chicken teriyaki!
