Food and environment were great! I was with a party of 5 other people and we received our food in a good time. One of our party members noticed her steak was not cooked to medium, and politely offered some advice for the cook. The waitress insisted that the steak was medium and made us feel like we were wrong. Other than that, our experience was great.

Not a worthy steakhouse compared to others in this area.

Newly opened so the mistakes in organization are understandable.

The steaks were cooked properly all three times I've been there, but taste and quality are not there.

The service has improved everytime I have come in, but the hostess station should have someone to greet us always. The last two times in a row they haven't and it took a few minutes to greet us.

Please keep the bathrooms on a cleaning schedule. You are new so the bathrooms and urinals should sparkle. They are overly dirty all three visits.

Alton deserves better.

Worth the wait. Recommend the FLO steak 6, 8, 10 oz or FLO combination with the 7oz Salmon.

Everything was phenomenal! We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our waiter had a big party and never made them seem more important than us. He came right over and took our order. We ordered wings for our appetizer. I love when my food is HOT! They were hot and had just the right crisp. I also love chunky blue cheese and buffalo sauce which is what it came with. My husband ordered a drink and he said it was really good. We ordered steaks (medium) Mac and cheese and a fully loaded baked potato. As soon as we finished the wings it was coming right out. Again, everything was hot and made to perfection! Our waiter Trevor was awesome as well. I highly recommend eating here.
