After arriving to the store on time for a carryout order, I had to wait an additional twenty minutes. There's little sense ordering online if you have to wait the same as ordering in-store. Service: 2/5 stars.

However, they save themselves with the pizza. It was better than expected. The stuffed crust had a nice, buttery texture and the cheese was on point. Food: 4/5 stars.

We ordered pizza for our mother and her coworkers working the night shift at a hospital for Mothers day. Seeing some of the reviews we were hesitant. But I would order from Pizza Hut at northlake every time. The delivery driver was extremely patient, courteous and professional when he was stopped by security and had to call me for more details twice. He even passed on our wishes of Happy mothers day to all the nurses and staff. Thank you!!
