The New store manager is a refreshing change to the previous store manager. This store has done a TOTAL 360! Kudos to the store manager Sarah.

So went to Burger King Okeechobee and Royal Palm Beach Blvd in Loxahatchee and the staff was out of it. They were rude and lied and apparently contaminated my food. Not mayo! Can someone help identify what this is on here ? Hope I don't get sick Burger King. The manager did not want to refund my entire money back and did not know what this was and refused to give me the phone number to higher management. Not done with this. Will post update later. Update: Praise God ! The store manager Sarah was awesome. She reviewed the video and didn't catch anything but nevertheless she explained there was an issue mostly with the oil and bread chemistry in contact with the oil. Update : the store manager fixed it all for me. She made it right and cared about looking into the situation and found no foul play after looking at the video but she still refunded me everything.

This place is awesome! Reasonable pricing, large portions and the staff members are regularly very kind.
